A global life sciences company is looking for an Inventory Support Specialist to manage daily inventory operations on site. You will keep stock accurate, organised and replenished.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage daily inventory operations, including receiving and put-away
- Carry out stock replenishment to keep supply running smoothly
- Track inventory movements accurately in the system
- Perform cycle counts and investigate variances
- Maintain inventory accuracy and records
- Coordinate with logistics, suppliers and internal teams on deliveries
- Prepare simple inventory and transaction reports
- Support stock issuance to internal users
- Follow safety, quality and housekeeping procedures
- Support ad hoc logistics tasks as needed

- Experience in inventory management, logistics or warehouse operations
- Familiar with inventory or ERP systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Meticulous and organised
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and able to follow procedures
- Able to work independently
