A well-known multinational in the medical technology space is looking for a Marketing Assistant to support regional marketing activities. You will create engaging marketing content and help the team execute plans across Southeast Asia in a friendly, office-based environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support patient-focused marketing, including design, content creation and campaign materials
- Help execute marketing plans for countries across Southeast Asia
- Design brochures, social media posts, presentations and other collateral using Adobe tools
- Prepare and edit content, including short videos and visuals where required
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver materials on time
- Support administration and logistics duties for the marketing department
- Maintain marketing assets and keep files and records organised
- Assist with event and campaign coordination as needed

Job Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related discipline and above
- 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing or design support is welcome
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or AI prompting tools is an advantage
- Good creativity, attention to detail and sense of design
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
