A pharmaceutical contract manufacturer is looking for a Production Statistician to support its production documentation and data reporting. You will keep records accurate, compliant and audit-ready.
What You'll Be Doing
- Review production documents such as completed electronic batch records and cleaning records
- Compile production data and prepare statistics and reports
- Manage department document control, filing and archiving
- Coordinate employee training and qualification records
- Check records for GMP compliance and flag discrepancies
- Follow up with production teams to resolve documentation issues
- Support audits with accurate documentation and data
- Maintain trackers and dashboards for production metrics
- Support production administration and scheduling
- Participate in initial shift rotations to learn SOPs and processes

Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Statistics or a related discipline and above
- Experience in production administration, documentation or data analysis
- Familiar with GMP documentation is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail
- Good organisation and record-keeping skills
- Able to work with production and quality teams
- Quick learner and dependable
