Join us for an entry-level finance opportunity with on-the-job training and a supportive supervisor! Gain valuable hands-on experience in vendor invoice processing, document verification and basic finance operations while building up your resume.
š¼ Key Responsibilities

Access Ariba VIMS to review supplier-submitted invoices and supporting documents.

Verify invoice details against the information entered into the supplier’s system, including PHI, vendor name, invoice number, invoice date and invoice amount.

Ensure all required supporting documents, such as acknowledged Delivery Orders (DOs) or other proof of delivery, are attached and complete.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

ā Requirements
- Minimum GCE N/O Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Accountancy and any relevant fields.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify discrepancies and check information accurately.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems and finance processes.
