A leading international bank is looking for a KYC Review Analyst to carry out periodic reviews of corporate, financial institution and wealth clients. You will keep client records accurate and compliant while working with relationship managers and compliance teams.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct periodic KYC reviews for corporate, financial institution and wealth customers
- Perform customer information updates for corporate clients
- Coordinate with relationship managers, KYC checkers and compliance teams to complete reviews on time
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to obtain additional documents
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures in day-to-day activities
- Prepare and coordinate management information reporting data
- Review client documents, ownership structures and source of funds information
- Escalate gaps and potential risk issues to the relevant teams
- Maintain accurate review records for audit and regulatory purposes
- Support team leads with ad-hoc tasks and process improvements

Job Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Business, Accountancy, Law or a related discipline and above
- Experience in KYC, account opening, onboarding or client due diligence is preferred
- Familiarity with MAS requirements on KYC and AML
- AML certification is an added advantage
- Meticulous, organised and proactive
- Able to multi-task and prioritise in a deadline-driven setting
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
