A leading private bank is looking for a Senior Officer to support its front office teams on client due diligence and source of wealth documentation. You will work within a central utility team that keeps client onboarding thorough and compliant.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support relationship teams with client due diligence and source of wealth documentation
- Review client information and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy
- Perform checks and analysis on source of wealth and source of funds narratives
- Prepare clear, well-structured summaries and files for review and approval
- Liaise with client advisors and associates to obtain missing information
- Ensure work meets regulatory, compliance and internal policy standards
- Maintain accurate records and trackers for all cases
- Meet turnaround times and quality standards consistently
- Support audits and quality reviews with complete documentation
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements

Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or a related discipline and above
- At least 2 years of experience in audit, assurance or financial services
- Experience auditing financial institutions is an advantage
- Strong analytical, investigative and documentation skills
- Sound judgement and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Meticulous, organised and committed to quality
