Key Responsibilities
Supervise inventory operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, stock categorization, SKU updates, and monthly reconciliations.
Develop and refine inventory management procedures to enhance efficiency while adhering to ISO 27001 compliance requirements.
Monitor the flow of inventory, overseeing incoming and outgoing stock, proper placement, labeling, and the evaluation of incoming devices.
Collaborate closely with external technical teams to support device refurbishment processes.
Prepare and analyze comprehensive inventory reports, driving operational optimization.
Coordinate with logistics partners for export and import shipments, ensuring accurate documentation.
Streamline delivery schedules while managing relationships with buyback partners and end-users to ensure timely and efficient service.
Optimize logistics processes across the supply chain to enhance efficiency, support sustainability initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage trade-in inquiries from partners and end-users, conducting training on BuyBack program procedures and using the quotation portal effectively.
Coordinate reporting and billing processes, maintaining alignment with finance teams and external partners.
Perform regular audits to assess the validity of BuyBack transactions, turnaround times, and status updates.
Generate actionable data insights through comprehensive analysis and reporting, contributing to business improvements and process optimization.

Work Week: Mon - Fri
Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven Expertise: Experience in operations, logistics, or inventory management, with a demonstrated understanding of ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) and ISO 27001 (Information Security Management Systems) compliance requirements.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision in documentation and data entry processes.
Digital Proficiency: Skilled in using Google Sheets and Google Docs, with the ability to analyze and present data effectively.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management and organizational abilities to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Sustainability Commitment: A passion for sustainability and dedication to advancing zero e-waste initiatives.
