Pay: $2500 - $2900

Duration: 5 days work week
Working Hours: retail hours

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily retail activities like scheduling, task allocation, and performance management
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers, handling inquiries, and resolving issues that may arise
• Ensure that store operations, inventory, and merchandising standards are maintained to the highest level
• Identify and implement strategies to improve store efficiency, sales, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the store management team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to drive customer engagement and increase revenue

• Minimum GCE "O" Levels
• 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role
• Customer service oriented and able to provide exceptional customer experiences
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively manage a team
• Proficient in inventory management, merchandising, and store operations
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and make informed decisions
• Passionate in retail and the company's products and services
