We are hiring under Recruit Express Services headcount

Timing : 
- 8.30am to 5.45pm (Monday - Friday)
- 8.30am to 12.30pm (Alternate Saturdays)

Salary : Up to $3700

📍transport pick up:
- Company transport provided@Jurong East MRT

Duties: 
- Actively engage with customers to resolve feedback to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Liaise with customers on container/cargo/material/ inventory and other administrative and customer service duties 
- Liaise with internal departments, vendors and third parties to process order requests from customers 
- Maintain all shipping and tracking records of customer inventory and movement accurately using customer’s system and our WMS 
- Generate, maintain and submit a variety of reports periodically or as and when required
- Attend to customers’ requests to ensure customer satisfaction and retention 
- Adhere to all company rules and regulations including safety rules 
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time
