The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for warehouse inventory and communication between customers, operational staff and agents to facilitate the movement and documentation of incoming and outgoing cargo, in adherence to compliance standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate movement of warehouse cargo and items, transloading and transshipment operations and the necessary security procedures
• Perform stock control and housekeeping operations of warehouse cargo and items
• Facilitate compliance of special handling requirement in stacking, moving and arranging of items on pallets according to storage plan
• Execute operations according to different warehouse situation and contingencies and track cargo-handling schedules to ensure timelines are compiled with
• Review warehousing quality issues in a timely manner and execute measures to address operational shortfall, maintenance or repair needs
• Apply methods and techniques to manage dangerous goods and time and temperature sensitive cargo

• Minimum a professional or NITEC Certificate or equivalent
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented,organised,and able to prioritise tasks
• Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
