Are you a creative and results-driven marketer with a passion for food? We’re on the hunt for an energetic and results-driven In-House Marketing Executive to manage the marketing efforts for Mashi No Mashi Singapore and Lux Gourmet Catering (specializing in premium catering and Japanese bento).

As an In-House Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in shaping and amplifying our brand identity. You’ll be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging content, managing our digital marketing campaigns, and executing strategic initiatives across multiple channels and boost sales.

Responsibilities:

1) Brand & Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for both brands.
• Create compelling and innovative campaigns to position the brands as leaders in their markets.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital, print, and in-store materials.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to optimize marketing strategies.

2) Content Creation

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for food photography, lifestyle content, and social media.
• Execute food styling, lighting setups, and professional photo/video editing.
• Create engaging video content for luxury catering and bento promotions.
• Design visually appealing marketing materials, including menus, promotional posters, social medial graphics, and packaging.

3) Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Manage and grow brand presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Develop and maintain content calendars for both brands.
• Execute and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to enhance brand reach and sales.
• Engage with audiences to foster brand loyalty and community growth.

Job Requirement

• 2 - 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
• Expertise in photography, videography, and graphic design (essential).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar design/editing tools.
• Strong understanding of social medial trends, content marketing, and paid advertising.
• Experience in PR, influncer collaborations, and campaign management.
• Highly self-motivated, able to work independelty and meet deadlines.
• A deep passion for the food and beverage industry.
