Job Description
- Issue of Purchase orders and Purchase requisitions
- Source for potential suppliers
- Compare and evaluate suppliers’ quotations
- Negotiation of pricing, credit terms and supplier quotations and delivery schedule
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Enter order details into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Coordinate with store staff to ensure stock level and proper storage
- Perform other purchasing duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma in Administrative Management
- Min 1 year work experience as a Purchasing Officer or related field
- Good communication and negotiation skills
