Our client, a commercial & industrial property developer headquartered in Singapore is currently looking for a Project Engineer join their team.

Location: Job site at Central region
Work Days: 6 Days (8am to 5pm alternate Saturday off)

Responsibilities:
• Manage the project site by overseeing the day-to-day site operation and activities.
• Plan, implement and monitor the work schedules according to the master and detailed work programmes.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning and sequencing of the construction operations according to the Project Quality Plan.
• Liaise with client's representatives on site, sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Conduct inspections and checking on work performed by sub-contractors.
• Assist Project Manager in the evaluation and resolution of any discrepancies and problems arising during construction and which has an effect on quality of the works.
• Ensure that only updated construction drawings and approved shop drawings are used by all for construction.
• Co-ordinate the handing over of completed works to the client and completion of the necessary rectification works.
• Update the status of materials stock balance and advises Project Manager when to place replenishment orders.
• Any duties to be assigned from time to time.

• Minimum Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognised by the PEB Approved Qualifications / BOA Approved Qualifications
• At least 2 to 3 years relevant working experience managing structural projects on site
• Candidates without relevant experience but with qualifications recognised by PEB/BOA are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and knowledge of BIM
• Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
