Job Descriptions:

Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, including family days, multinational corporation (MNC) events, and government projects. This role requires a versatile and dynamic individual with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, ensuring each event meets the client’s objectives and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive event plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

2. Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and objectives for each event.

3. Design and implement event concepts and themes that align with the client’s vision.

4. Organise family-oriented activities and entertainment for family day events.

5. Ensure safety and accessibility for all attendees at family day events.

6. Manage logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation for family day events.

7. Plan and execute corporate events such as conferences, product launches, and networking events.

8. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and sponsors for MNC events.

9. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and brand guidelines for MNC events.

10. Manage events for government agencies, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

11. Source and negotiate with vendors for services such as catering, audiovisual equipment, and decorations.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 2-3 years experience as Event Manager
