As a Marketing & Communications Executive, you'll play a key role in influencing the community through content, campaigns, and storytelling that inspire action. This is your chance to turn purpose into impact—by helping us shift mindsets, promote second-hand tech, and raise awareness about responsible IT disposal.
Key responsibilities:
1. Campaign & Program Management
Maintain and update the annual calendar of zero e-waste community programs and campaigns.
Plan, coordinate, and manage special events, including setup, any partner coordination, and post-event reporting.
Develop and manage campaigns in collaboration with sustainability and e-waste community partners and for roadshows.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and community groups to strengthen program impact.
2. Social Media & Community Engagement
Support and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Xiao Hong Shu.
Actively manage and respond to communications on all social media channels to build an engaged online community.
Coordinate with external partners for content collaborations, including Xiao Hong Shu postings.
Share content from events and roadshows on social media to enhance visibility and engagement.
3. Content Development & Branding
Create, edit, and schedule marketing content including social media posts, event materials, and podcast content.
Develop branding and marketing collaterals that align with the company’s sustainability mission.
Brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and content to inspire community action.
4. Marketing Support & Analysis
Support the retail and B2B teams in executing marketing campaigns.
Conduct marketing research and trend analysis to inform strategy and planning.
Prepare marketing and SEO/SEM reports and insights to guide decision-making.
Collaborate with external partners to develop and align EDM strategies and content.
Perform other marketing and administrative tasks as needed to support the team’s goals.

Work Week: Mon - Fri
Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Educational Background: Degree/Diploma preferably in Marketing, Mass Communications or currently studying for either discipline
Highly proficient in written English (must be able to write well)
Organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
Ability to do copywriting &/or content writing
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, able to function effectively in a high pressure, multi-task environment and adhere to deadlines
Creative, meticulous with an eye for details and aesthetic
Open minded and willing to learn
