SGD 1,800-2,500 / MonthWe are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team at a reputable hotel near Tanah Merah. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and welcoming at all times. Your contribution will directly impact the guest experience, making their stay relaxing and enjoyable.
Location: Tanah Merah
Working Time: 9am-5pm
Job Duties:
- Make beds, change bed linens, dust furniture, vacuum floors, and mop when necessary.
- Clean and disinfect toilets, bathtubs, showers, sinks, and mirrors. Replace towels, toiletries, and other amenities.
- Replenish items such as shampoo, soap, tissue paper, bottled water, coffee/tea, and other guest amenities.
- Ensure rooms are tidy, presentable, and meet hotel cleanliness standards before guest check-in.
- Notify the housekeeping supervisor of any broken items, faulty lights, or other repair needs.
- Respond promptly and politely to guest requests for extra towels, pillows, or other services.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and cleaning protocols set by the hotel.
- Use and maintain cleaning tools and carts properly; report any damage or loss.
- Occasionally help clean hallways, lift lobbies, and pantry areas.
Job Requirement:
- Has at least 1 year related experience as hotel room attendant or housekeeper
- Attention to details
- Willing to learn new things
- Have positive attitude in working
