We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations, manage staff, and ensure the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
• Overseeing food preparation and ensuring consistent quality and presentation
• Managing and training kitchen staff, including line cooks and prep cooks
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
• Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for ingredients and supplies
• Developing and implementing new menu items in collaboration with the Executive Chef
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations

• At least 2 years of CDP experience required
• Food and hygiene certification preferred (if not, company is willing to sponsor but should complete at least 3 months of work in order to be reimbursed)
• Can work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
• Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
