• Learn to analyze performance metrics to optimize content

Community Management

• Recruit, brief, and coordinate shoots with content creators, influencers and talents, ensuring smooth collaboration.

• Grow and engage our channels’ audience and followers, fostering an active and supportive community.

Marketing

• Meet and understand the client’s objective and brief.

• Contribute creative ideas for marketing strategies to promote our and our client’s channels and campaigns.

• Create Video Content and Design basic social media posts, promotional posters, and marketing visuals for client’s campaigns.

• Support the team in planning, coordinating, setting up, and promoting the events.

• Enthusiasm for content creation and marketing.

• Basic proficiency in video shooting and editing software

• Comfortable and confident in front of the camera.

• Confident in digital designs using Canva

• A charismatic personality that can draw people in and keep them engaged.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with client as well as a diverse audience.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Interest in the latest short video trends and the ability to propose trending ideas.

• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

• May have some opportunity to travel from time to time but not frequent or a requirement.
