Job Description
Job Summary
The Procurement Executive reports directly to the Procurement Manager. He/She is responsible for the purchasing of materials and services.
Job Scope
- Conduct sourcing exercise for potential suppliers.
- Conduct all Tender Processes and Processing of Purchase Order in accordance to Corporate Governance Regulations.
- Carry out price analysis and conduct purchase / contract negotiation with vendors to ensure materials / services are acquired at best pricing.
- Follow up closely with suppliers for prompt deliveries in the orders.
- Ensure department KPI met.
- Generate of Purchase Order and process change order/s.
- Liaise with respective Division/s and other functional personnel.
- Provide regular feedback on material or services status to requestors.
- Any other procurement matters assign from time to time.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering background
- SAP experience will be preferred
- Experience and knowledge in Information Communication Technology products and services, Installation and Systems Integration services in Procurement / Sales / Marketing is preferred.
- Additional Diploma in Purchasing Management is a plus.
- Good working knowledge of financial and legal terms affecting purchasing is preferred.
- Experience in project management is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills, able to engage suppliers at all levels to negotiate effectively.
- Confident to communicate with all levels/different cultural backgrounds
- Good team player, a person with integrity, mature and self-motivated
- Entry level graduate welcome

b) 100 Jurong East Street 21, Singapore 609602 (2 days)
Working hour : 8am to 5.30pm / Mon – Fri
