Food Truck looking for an operations manager.
The Role
• Oversee and manage various aspects of the Food Truck operations
• Ensure SOPs are complied with and work with management to improve existing SOPs
• Drive the Food Truck to event sites
• Execute day to day operations
• Manage a team of part-time crew
• Train newcomers and ensure that they understand and adhere to SOPs
Woking hours
• 5-day week, 40 hours per week
• May be required to work on some weekends and public holidays
Skills and Prerequisites
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory/ executive role in retail or F&B
• At least 2 years of experience in customer facing functions in retail or F&B
• Possess a class 3 / 3A driving license
• Outgoing personality – enjoys chatting and interacting with people
• Meticulous – attention to detail and able to spot minute errors
• Organized – able to plan and execute procedures methodically
