Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to invite targeted contacts to the event
- Follow up on email invitations and registration leads
- Update and maintain RSVP lists and CRM records
- Answer basic event-related queries or route them to the internal team
- Provide weekly status updates and call feedback summaries
