• Build and maintain relationships with customers in (Members' Lounge)
• Experience in cocktails preparation and handling
• Involve in basic food preparation and duties (Mainly bar snacks)
• Monitors purchasing and receiving procedures for products and supplies to ensure proper quantity, quality and price for all purchases
• Addresses member complaints/feedbacks and advises duty manager on corrective actions taken

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in F&B establishments focusing on cocktail
• Working knowledge of classic cocktail recipes and preparation
• Keen learner, self-motivated and independent 
• Good presentation skills and an eye for detail
• Experience in back-of-house operations is a plus
• Food Safety Certification is a MUST
   

5 Days Work Week  (Monday to Friday) 
Weekends and PH Off
