Job Responsibilities :

• Perform administrative duties, such as purchase request consolidation, processing of PO, issuing of invoice etc.
• Update the system such as accepting/ rejecting the PO, provide commit date to customer, generation of invoice.
• Download and send related drawing/files from the system to respective BU.
• Provide weekly and monthly allocation reports to management.
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
• Arrange courier and delivery of goods.
• Data entry into ERP system.

Requirements :

• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken & written).
• Detail oriented, responsible and meticulous.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office in Excel and Word.
