⭐Salary: $2400(starting) & $2600 (after probation)

⭐Commission for every membership sales acquired

⭐Sales bonus for achieving target met during respective sales promotion

⭐6 Days per week

⭐Working hours 12pm-8pm with 1 hour break

⭐Location: NTUC Fairprice outlets, Shopping Mall atrium and Event spaces around Singapore 

Key Responsibilities:

🟣Roadshow/Fairprice to promote and engaging in signing up of membership.

🟣Engage with potential customers in a friendly and approachable manner.

🟣Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of membership benefits and features.

🟣Effectively communicate the value proposition of our memberships to potential customers.

🟣Achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

🔵Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles.

🔵Must be able to use handheld devices (ipad/handphone) as application is done online

🔵Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

🔵Ability to work independently and in a team.

🔵Comfortable engaging with the public and approaching potential customers.

🔵Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals.

🔵Able to work weekends and travel to various roadshow/Fairprice locations.

One Solution Group was established in late 2009 by founding members Kelvin Tang and Benjamin Nai. Both Kelvin and Benjamin were working in the sales industry prior to setting up the company but they were unhappy with the ethics and methodology used to acquire customers in their previous jobs.
