Job Description

Duty & Responsible :

- Take charge of all issues pertaining to Safety, Environmental, Health and Vector Control

- Co-ordinate committee meeting on safety & environmental control

- Planning and organising safety promotional activities / programmes

- Conduct & review Risk Assessments and Safety Inspections and Safety Audits

- Conduct investigation & reporting any accident/ incident

- Interact with various departments and contractors on matters concerning workplace safety and health

- Preparation of safety review reports for submission

- Responsible for ensuring that all safety & environmental control measures are implemented

- Produce WSH report on regular basis

- Maintain mandatory records and other documentation as may be required by the regulatory authorities

- Prepare monthly HSE report and present to management

- Prepare Green and Gracious pre-audit presentation to BCA/SCAL

- Prepare evacuation plan and organize emergency drills at least once in every 6 months

- Advise management on compliance to all workplace safety and health related legislations and requirements

 

Location: Singapore East, Ubi
