Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the manager, he’ll perform service activities related to refrigeration chillers.

• Working with chillers to support maintenance, commission, service, install, retrofit, and repair.

• Involve in sales schedule planning & prepare reports for management’s review.

• Maintain the sales service quality and timeliness of answers to customer’s questions & problem.

• Manage assets that are devoted to supporting sales service efforts including facilities, vehicle, equipment, and parts inventory, and this included exercise cost reduction process in accordance with budget control objectives.

• Develop new design, sales & service opportunities and provide sales service support to existing clients.

• Travel to perform sales service locally & overseas and provide support as and when required.

• Coordinate and support contractors.

• Ad-hoc & other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in engineering qualification

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in semicon industry

• Proficient in Microsoft office, web design, and 2D drawing.

• Customer-centric with good oral & written skills

• Hand-on with a can-do attitude

• Strong analytical mind, good problem-solving, independent, goal driven.
