Act as the first point of contact for the Director.
Assist the Director with ongoing projects and tasks, providing research and proposal.
Provide event management support by researching and proposing creative event ideas, securing suitable venues, and coordinating logistics.
Manage technical and administrative aspects of office operations, including coordinating with suppliers for air conditioning and building maintenance, managing email accounts, and setting up duty phones
Manage front desk operations by handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and ensuring the smooth reception of deliveries and VIP guests.
Prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
Maintain clear and concise communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Director.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and diplomatic skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems effectively.
