HR Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding – Posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and handling onboarding.

Payroll & Compensation – Assisting in payroll processing, CPF contributions, and leave administration.

Employee Relations – Handling grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.

Training & Development – Coordinating employee training programs.

HR Policies & Compliance – Ensuring adherence to MOM regulations, workplace safety, and employee benefits.

Administrative Responsibilities:

Office Management – Overseeing office supplies, vendor management, and maintenance.

Documentation & Reporting – Maintaining HR records, contracts, and employee databases.

Support for Management – Assisting in meetings, reports, and administrative tasks.

Education & Experience:

Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–5 years of experience in HR & administrative roles (entry to mid-level).

Experience in Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
