As a Retail Associate, you will work collaboratively in one of our retail shops, performing various duties including:

• Handling retail and cashiering tasks
• Replenishing products on shelves
• Performing daily housekeeping duties
• Attending to customer inquiries and needs
• Collecting feedback on products and services

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification
• Preference for candidates with sales, retail, or cashiering experience
• Service-oriented mindset with a passion for the retail industry
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts
