- Conduct engaging interviews (both face-to-face and online) to understand candidates’ skills, aspirations, and potential fit.
- Manage and coordinate seamless interview scheduling and logistics for candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with HR executives to meet recruitment objectives and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Take ownership of various administrative tasks to support the team’s goals and operations.
