- Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction
- Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages
- Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons
- Listening to any complaints that patrons have and addressing them appropriately
- Preparing bills and processing payments
- Greeting customers and handing out menus
- Checking that customers are satisfied with their meal
- Clearing tables / wiping tables / area cleaning of tables before next Customer sits dowN
