Description
- Join our dynamic team in a rotational training program across Event Planning, Operations, Sales, and Front Desk. Gain hands–on experience while contributing to the following:
- Assist with event planning, budgeting, logistics, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth execution.
- Support the sales team with lead generation, proposal preparation, and client database management.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and gathering feedback to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate data, project documentation, and reporting to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with different teams, providing valuable insights to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in project coordination or operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM or event management tools is beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Team player with a collaborative and positive attitude.
