1-3 Years Experience
SGD 2,400-3,000 /Month- Perform inspection including the use of gages and equipments and document quality paperwork meeting the Engineering Print, Job Instruction Sheets and/or the QMS Instructions.

Perform job inspection at first piece, in process and final inspection per the Job Instructions Sheet plans.
- Inspect finished products for surface finish and adherence to customer specification.
- Perform slight polishing on surface roughness upon the quality of the surface finish.
- Inspect surface roughness using surface finish analyzer.
Working Location: Bedok or Changi
At least 2 years of working experience in a quality control environment.
• Basic operating knowledge of Co-Ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) inspection; Carl Zeiss / Wenzel CMM.
• General proficiency of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word (SAP a plus).
• Non Destructive Testing (NDT) method in MPI Level 2 will be an added advantage.
• Able to perform weekly rotating shifts.
