Join the PC Dreams Group as a Business Development Manager and play a crucial role in driving our mission forward. As a key member of our team, you'll be driving growth by acquiring new partnerships and developing our buyback program. The ideal candidate should have B2B sales experience, understanding of Corporate IT Asset Disposal (ITAD) services, and excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently and is goal-oriented.
Key responsibilities:
1. Market Expansion & Business Growth
● Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze buyback and trade-in pricing trends across local and international markets.
● Develop and execute competitive monthly pricing strategies to enhance profitability while aligning with sustainability objectives.
● Maintain and optimize pricing models, ensuring they reflect current industry dynamics and market demands.
● Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities in domestic and global markets.
● Expand market reach through innovative sales and marketing channels forging strategic partnerships to drive growth.
● Lead sales initiatives to achieve performance targets, inquiring consistent growth and operational excellence.
2. B2B Corporate Sales with Pipeline Management
● Identify, engage, and convert corporate leads through outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
● Develop and manage the sales pipeline using digital tools to ensure timely follow-ups and deal progression.
● Develop tailored proposals to address client needs and close deals effectively.
● Maintain strong client relationships and long-term partnerships for complete sustainable ICT devices cycles, from purchase, repair/maintenance services to ITAD disposal.
● Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing, operations) and report sales performance and market feedback.
3. Partner Success for BuyBack Program
● Acquire new partners for the BuyBack Program.
● Foster and maintain relationships with current partners through in-person store visits.
● Collect feedback from partners and present improvement proposals to enhance partner engagement.
● Generate weekly performance reports and provide performance analysis of our BuyBack Platform.

● Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Qualifications & experience:
● Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, IT, or a related field.
● 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in ICT, electronics, or device life cycle management, with proven track records.
● Demonstrate good understanding and practical experience in implementing ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) and ISO 27001 (Information Security Management Systems) compliance.
● Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and sustain long-term partnerships.
● Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and present performance metrics.
● Experience in buyback programs, reverse logistics, IT asset disposal (ITAD), and refurbishment services is a strong advantage.
● Passion for sustainability and commitment to advancing zero e-waste initiatives.
● Willing to travel locally for client meetings and partnership discussions.
