• Business Development , actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction

• Singaporeans / Resident ONLY 
• GCE “A” level, diploma in business, sales & marketing or related professional qualifications
• 2-3 years working experience with proven track record.
• Have good contact with Architects, Building Contractors /Devlopers.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese and able to liaise with Mandarin speaking business associates
• Attention to details, strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Command good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with people
• Allowance will be provided if has own transport , if otherwise not necessary to have own car.
