Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and responsible School Van Driver to provide safe and punctual transport for children to and from school. This role requires strict adherence to traffic rules, vehicle safety protocols, and the ability to maintain order among students during transit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport children safely and on time between their homes and school.

• Strictly observe traffic regulations and safety procedures.

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure proper maintenance and safety.

• Maintain order and a secure environment on the van during trips.

• Assist students with special needs during boarding and alighting, with additional support from the Van Attendant.

• Administer safety protocols to safeguard students during transport.

• Work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Working Hours:

This role follows an Afternoon and Evening Shift schedule:

Trip 1: 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM (Monday - Friday)
Trip 2:11:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Monday - Thursday), 10:45 AM - 2:15 PM (Friday)
Trip 3: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

Daily transport/commute expenses to the school bus location at Changi Road are claimable for Trip 1 shifts.

Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 License and Bus Driver's Vocational License (BDVL).

• Familiarity with Singapore’s road network and routes.

• At least 1 year of relevant driving experience (preferred).

• Ability to communicate in simple English with good communication skills
