We are looking for an enthusiastic Service Crew to join our dynamic team at Hook Coffee & Bar in our Raffles Place Central Region location. As a full-time Service Crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our coffee shop.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking customer orders and serving food and beverages
• Ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service counter
• Handling cash transactions and operating the point-of-sale system
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking of supplies
• Collaborating with the team to provide a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a food and beverage setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays
• A team player attitude and the willingness to contribute to the smooth operation of the coffee shop
