We are seeking a skilled and experienced M365 Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain our Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing cloud infrastructure, optimizing performance, ensuring security, and delivering high availability. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and a commitment to collaboration and continuous learning.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud infrastructure.
• Monitoring cloud resources for performance and cost optimization using automation.
• Troubleshooting and resolving cloud and Microsoft 365-related issues. Developing and maintaining configurations of cloud services, specializing in Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Writing scripts for deployment, monitoring, reporting, and alerting to ensure a robust, scalable, and highly available infrastructure.
• Analyzing security threats and implementing appropriate solutions for customer environments.
• Providing technical support and resolving user issues.
• Implementing new features and updates in the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Ensuring compliance with security and data protection policies.
• Managing user accounts, licenses, and permissions in Microsoft 365.
• Performing regular audits, assessments, and optimizations of the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Creating and maintaining documentation for configurations and procedures.
• Assisting in data migration to Microsoft 365 services.
• Managing mobile devices, including corporate phones and BYOD, through Intune (MDM).
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
• Managing Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager) administration.

• 5+ years of experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and/or .NET for Microsoft 365 administration.
• Expertise in Microsoft Graph API capabilities.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture and services, including:

1. Exchange Online
2. SharePoint Online
3. Teams
4. Intune (MDM)
5. OneDrive for Business
6. Blackberry services

• Experience with security and compliance in Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 licensing and subscription management. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Experience with data migration projects to Microsoft 365 services.
• Familiarity with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager).
