• Work closely with the Order Team, Account Manager, and Product Manager to ensure accurate order processing and provisioning ahead of the customer’s requested date.
• Oversee the smooth execution of daily system BAU operations through regular checks and monitoring.
• Availability to work on weekends and after office hours as needed.
