Conducting periodic inspections and ensuring that environmental, health, and safety matters are properly managed.

Maintaining accurate records of RTO attendance, project activities, and any deviations from the contract.

Provide on-site technical oversight and support for civil works projects.

Ensure compliance with the Building Control Act and relevant regulations.

Exercise reasonable skill, care, and diligence in the performance of services.

Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.

Conduct regular site inspections and prepare reports on project progress.

Address any technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
