• Provide data analysis of operations and perform routine reports compilation
• Provide operational assistance, analysis of operations and perform routine activities to meet quality requirements and customer service.
• Review and recommend improvements for systems and procedures.
• Monitor and conduct the cost effectiveness of the car park operations.  Ensure the car park operations runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitoring and Tracking of  SLAs and KPIs of contractors.
• Manage and lead a team/contractors 
• Monitor the cost effectiveness of car park operations.
• Conduct regular car park visits and audits 
• Attend to Carpark Operations matters escalated by contact centre and work closely to resolve operational cases efficiently.
• Attend to any ad-hoc meetings at site or at HQ, and any other duties as and when assigned by Management.

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• Experience in Operations and Customer Service Management
• Strong analytical skills and able to work well with cross functional levels
