Job Description

Job Overview : 
The Purchasing Executive is responsible for the purchases allocated to him/her and to ensure it is adhered to the company purchase guidelines and policies.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source for materials globally
  • Negotiation for the most competitive price
  • Negotiate for the most competitive term and conditions
  • Monitoring the delivery of the purchased equipment or items
  • Ensure that the equipment or items purchased meets the specification given

 

 

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • 2 year experience in purchasing / procurement related capacity
  • Diploma / Degree in procurement related field of study
  • Have knowledge of SAP for generating of Purchase Order
  • Have knowledge on local and overseas sourcing on material & equipment & market pricing 
  • Excellent on negotiation skill
  • Have knowledge on the use of commercial document used in purchasing eg LC / BG / etc
  • Entry level graduates are welcome
  • Singaporean only 

 

Working hour : Mon - Fri / 7.25am to 4.58pm **

Working location : 16 Benoi Road Singapore 629889

** Job role is expected to be on rotation duty, alternate Saturday, facilitate arrangement on urgent procurement
