Assess patient needs and guide them to suitable specialists or clinics
 Coordinate referrals based on medical SOPs and internal guidelines
 Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
 Liaise with hospitals, GPs, specialists, and internal teams
 Provide top-notch service and follow-up support for patients
 Monitor pending cases and ensure timely case closure
 Address patient inquiries and ensure a seamless experience
 Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks

 Diploma or Degree in any field
 Preferably with CGI/Health Insurance Certification
 Experience in healthcare or medical referral roles
 Strong communication and customer service skills
 Proficient in Microsoft Office
 Organized, responsible, and a great team player
 Able to work independently and handle confidential info
