Job Description

Location: island-wide

Pay: $2100 - $2300

Duration: 5 days work week

Working Hours: retail hours

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and stock management
  • Assist with daily stock receiving by ensuring the correct items are received and recorded accurately and maintain stock levels for smooth operations
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports as required
  • Provide excellent customer service as needed, assisting customers with inquiries, processing sales, and recommend products
Job Requirements
  • GCE "N" or "O" Level
  • 1 year experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within the retail industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
  • Familiarity with retail operations and systems is advantageous
