Location: island-wide

Pay: $2800 - $3400

Duration: 5 days work week
Working Hours: retail hours

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve maximum results and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Monitor inventory levels, ensure timely stock replenishment, and oversee the return cycle
• Continuously improve work procedures and operations while ensuring accurate paperwork handling
• Take charge and supervise during stock takes and random count exercises.
• Oversee and manage the opening and closing of the store, including banking daily sales
• Effectively manage store manpower and scheduling to optimize performance
• Participate in budget planning and ensure financial targets are met
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior

• Minimum Diploma
• 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably within the retail industry
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
• Passionate in retail and a keen eye for visual merchandising
• Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays as required
