Job Responsibilities

  • Setting up of tables with special attention to hygiene and order.
  • Attend to customers, take and serve food and beverages.
  • Present restaurant menus and assist customers in the selection of food and beverages.
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of the menu, including seasonal items and specials.
  • Provide and maintain an impeccable level of customer service, addressing guest concerns professionally.
  • Make recommendations for popular dishes, beverages, etc and respond to queries.
  • Food preparation.
  • Cooperate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff to provide pleasant dining experience.
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
  • Issue bills and accept payments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of dining area.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned by the management.
